A fused work of an imaginary scene with the background taken, in part, from a work by Albert Bierstadt, a 19th century American artist. The coloration has been extensively revised to fit this piece with additional elements, such as trees, also added to fit what I was trying to do in creating this mystical piece. Bierstadt's work is much larger and portrays a very different scene. The structure is the Chenanceau castle in the Loire valley of France. This is just a part of the structure and of course the entire setting is much different. But it makes for a perfect magical and dramatic image.

His work has been in numerous galleries including the Dunville and Warren Knapp in Seattle, Gallery 8 in Phoenix, The Center for Fine Art Photography in Denver, the Larson Gallery in Yakima, Marks at the Garage in Honolulu, and the CVG in Bremerton. He has also had his work displayed in a variety of shows around the Northwest.
