Description
A fusion piece (fusion photography) with elements taken from the Olympic National Park and Revenna - Seattle. The gnome was actually under the arched bridge....and you must see in full size to appreciate the image. Olympic National Park is in Washington State and one of the treasures of the area. This is the North side of Hurricane ridge which, during the winter, is covered with snow 15 feet deep and with winds blowing at 50-80 mph. During the summer the top is open to the public and the views are breathtaking. A strong recommendation to visit. I wanted to 'create' a piece that extended the mythical nature of the area in a unique manner. While this specific spot does not exist but in my mind.......it represents the 'pulse' of the region.
